• CSC Concentration Application
  • This form should be used by current CSC Majors to declare a CSC Concentration.
  • This form cannot be used to declare a Track, by Engineering First Year students, or by non-majors.
• CSC Department Syllabus Review
  • This form should be used by students who need a class reviewed to be considered as a CSC course.
  • This form can also be used to submit a class for consideration as an “other restricted elective”.
• CSC External Transfer Class
  • This form is to be used by EFY CSC Intent and CSC major students when they are taking a class elsewhere and plan to transfer it back to NC State.
