ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Summer 2026 Office Hours will be held from May 18th through August 14th.
There will be NO OFFICE HOURS on May 25, as the University is closed.
Drop-In, No Appointment Needed Office Hours:
The CSC Undergraduate Advising Office will hold private, drop-in, no appointment needed virtual office hours via Zoom from May 18 – August 14, 2026 (except when the University is closed).
This is the best way to connect with a CSC Academic Advisor.
During these drop-in, no appointment needed office hours, we will privately chat with you via Zoom. We have enabled a waiting room so please be sure your full first and last name are visible in Zoom. You may see any CSC advisor at the times listed below (Eastern Time):

Summer 2026 Information
Summer at NC State is broken down into two sessions, but there are four distinct groupings:
- Summer I: 3-week, first 5-week, and 10-week classes.
- These all begin on May 20.
- 10-week sessions span BOTH summer sessions
- Summer II: second 5-week classes
- These begin on June 29.
Please review the official University calendar for more information on the last day to add without instructor permission, Census Day (the last day to add a class), and the drop/revision deadline for each session, as there are different deadlines. This calendar also includes student breaks, Wellness Days, University holidays, final exam slots, and other important dates.
