You are welcome to make an appointment (see below), or simply walk in during that time. Walk-ins will be handled first-come, first-served between appointments, which have priority. If you need to meet me outside of those times, contact me and we&#8217;ll arrange a suitable time. My contact information is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Office: 2306 EB-II<br>Phone number: 919-513-1118<br>Email: csc-grad-director@ncsu.edu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please do not simply &#8220;pop in&#8221; outside of office hours; although this may be convenient for you, it can make it difficult for me to focus on other work.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"is-text wp-block-ncst-buttons\">\n    \n<div class=\"wp-block-ncst-button\">\n      <a\n        class=\"ncst-block__button-link btn\"\n        href=\"https:\/\/calendar.app.google\/m488VqgfGN8ZAyU6A\"\n        data-ncst-lightbox=\"false\"\n         target=\"_blank\"          rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"       >\n                  <span class=\"text\">Make an appointment<\/span><span class=\"arrow-indicator\"><svg class=\"wolficon wolficon-arrow-right-bold\" role=\"img\"  aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<use xlink:href=\"#wolficon-arrow-right-bold\">\n\t\t<\/svg><\/span>\n              <\/a>\n    <\/div>\n  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  <\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instructions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You will need <span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\"><strong>an NC State account<\/strong>&nbsp;or a&nbsp;<strong>Google account<\/strong>&nbsp;to make an appointment with this calendar<\/span> and be logged into that account to see the available times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pick a 10-minute time slot that is still available during the designated office hours<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill in your name and email address. <span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\">In the agenda field, give the purpose for the appointment (e.g., &#8220;Course advising,&#8221; &#8220;CPT,&#8221; &#8220;Leave request,&#8221; &#8220;Personal,&#8221; &#8220;Funding,&#8221; &#8220;Misc,&#8221; etc<\/span>.). Other people will&nbsp;not&nbsp;be able to see that you specifically have made an appointment or what the purpose is; they will only be able to tell that the timeslot is occupied.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You may cancel an appointment yourself. &#8220;No shows&#8221; may prevent other students from having a chance to make an appointment.
